Happy Monday, friends! Can you believe we are only two days away from the start of fall? One change I am anticipating is the slower pace that fall brings with it. Time to reflect, read, and rest are on my list of things to do.
Motherhood is the realest hood. Truly, it gets incredibly wild sometimes. Lenny turned 1.5 last week, and he feels like a different child. He’s been busier than ever before. And he’s problem-solving in new ways. A couple days ago, he pushed his stroller to our front door. He then stood on it, and tried to unlock our front door. I wasn’t ready.
If you’re anything like me, you are just starting your Christmas shopping. And although Black Friday has already passed, there is still plenty of time to get some great gifts for the toddler in your life.
Can you believe that we are only five weeks away from Christmas? I am SO looking forward to focusing on joy, hope and peace with my family instead of COVID-19 and election news for a few days. This year has been a dumpster fire has been so hard, and it’s only right that we saturate ourselves with joy whenever and wherever we can.
